Discrimination clarified
Discriminating against peoples choice between right and wrong, good, or bad
and to make that into Law; preventing them from sharing their views on any subject or matter, regardless if it be by group or singular, is the only true act of wrongly discriminating.
When a Government, individual, or group determines that discrimination against a perverse group is wrong; based on a twisted definition of discrimination, they are discriminating against others right and free will to decide based on morals, over a perverse and reckless view from those who choose to express unnatural actions or opinions.
All Americans; being in a free country with free speech should have both the right to discriminate and the right to speak out concerning their choice in or on a matter regardless of whether or not a decision is made based on action of single merit or against a group of people consisting of those with like minds, a group of decision makers with like minds does not merit perfection, it only allows for a greater number of people voicing that same one choice, good or bad.
(Grouping has nothing to do with whats right or moral.)
Neither should a law be made that dictates a dis-allowance for those that are against a morally wrong act to prevent them from keeping their distance from those that choose to live a life of abomination; we have children to think about, at least until they reach an age where they may choose to keep those things they were taught or stray away.
Lets take a look at the definitions for discrimination:
(1) treatment or consideration of, or making a distinction in favor of or against, a person or thing based on the group, class, or category to which that person or thing belongs rather than on individual merit: racial and religious intolerance and discrimination.
Now another:
(2) The power of making fine distinctions; discriminating judgment: She chose the colors with great discrimination. Archaic. something that serves to differentiate.
Brain flash:
Judging between those two definitions; to tell someone they aren't allowed to discriminate by group when clearly each person within a group have the same merits for an act or deed would be to putt the breaks on; and taking away from; the free will to make a decision,
when the only merit is their sincerity in that which they wish to promote in spite of the fact that those outside that group are fully aware that their promotion is wrong and immoral.
