Discrimination and the law
The law does not dictate that one is not allowed to oppose a particular thing based on grouping alone; but is rather more specific to such things as race; or color, and religious belief; as far as the definition is concerned.
To discriminate; is to weigh out a situation or thing then make a decision based on facts that apply
individually usually between two opposing views or factors.
"It would do to note while reading this that The people whom write some Dictionaries have become confused as to what the main goal is;
to define a word, not to define or contour individual beliefs, moral standards, laws; or the way people view a particular subject."
For example; if one chooses to speak against a group made up of individuals with evil minds and
beliefs, this is not discrimination in the racial , or religious sense; just because that group happens to claim this or that as their religion,
yet one might be led to think so; the way the term is so loosely used nowadays.
Here are some types said to be discriminated against based on the most often used assumption of the
first definition, even though they aren't specified or mentioned in the definition, Gays, Queers, lesbians,
sodomites, homosexuality (a perverted act that goes against nature, biology, reproduction, and even
plumbing; regardless of whither two does such acts, a dozen or a group.
This type does not qualify for the first definition even if you were to add sexual preference to the
equation, simply because actions between two of the same gender is not sexual according to the true
biological nature.
Grouping of individuals with evil minds, as opposed to a racial or religious group gathering.
If a group were made up of all murderers; they would each remain a murderer just the same;
because grouping in numbers does not change a fact.
The same is true in the case of any other group gathering with a single goal to promote a particular thing
against God given morals; nature or righteous law based on Christian moral values .
(Grouping doesn't change a fact.)
The so called leaders of this country are helping to pervert the understanding of language;
by passing laws on things better left to be decided on individually;laws with a
broad definition ; assuming everyone that claims to be of a particular race or religion would have the same
standards or values, or worse yet allowing outsiders to hide behind such laws, enabling them to abuse such
laws to promote their own agenda at the expense of freedom among its own citizens .
The definition of Wrongly discriminate by law might be better defined by saying; one should never assume; each individual
within a group is in total agreement with everyone else within a group or class gathering, unless investigation proves otherwise.
But then; doesn't that go without saying anyhow? or more specifically; without writing it into law!
Bad laws can be a futile attempt by their propagator(s); to con the public into agreeing and accepting that
discriminating against a particular thing is somehow wrong; or to wittingly promote a particular thing to gain votes;
as in a case where a pushing party is running for office; figuring groups make for a high number of votes.
One may think promoting such laws should prevent trouble, instead, it is voicing against those that choose to
picket an immoral or unethical thing; based on a twisted or exaggerated view of definition #1 .
If ever there were a prime example of brain washing, this is it, and the time is now.
Except the wise speak up and the ignorant be taught; the perverts of the country shall prevail and bring doom too many via the effects of poor judgment, setting standards (those they wish to enforce.) and putting us all subject to the wrath of Almighty GOD Himself; because those that knew better allowed such things to take place.
It would do for the reader to research the term discrimination; as it is miss-used today; and take note that the new version or supposed understanding is not an old one but rather one allowed in without thoroughly examining the specific and overall meaning.
For example, To decide one can not discriminate against a group made up of thieves, would be no different than any other group as far as discrimination goes, and to allow such groups to congregate publicly without the right to discriminate against them, would remove everyone's right to say that this is a bad thing just because they are grouped, this does not constitute disallowing peoples right to speak out against a group simply by calling it discrimination, neither does adding such terms as sexual preference by groups in hopes of enforcement by law.
It is a dangerous thing people are doing by allowing such childish things to be put into law(s) because it removes ones right to decide with morals or ethically.
A Common sense example Will prove that there is no need for Discrimination laws:
To say a white man or a black man is evil because he belongs to a white race or black race is broadly and wrongly discriminating by race alone, however if a group of evil members are pointed out to belong to a white group or black group of evil people then it is safe to say, that group of blacks or whites are truly evil as a group or singular but not because of color, but because each and every one of that group agree to the same standard of being and acting evil by
promoting such evil.
(Hence with one and the same single merit among all while gathered as a group of the same mind or action.)
It is possible for a majority or entire group to be all evil while gathered in one place and in high numbers but that would not guarantee that all of a any race out side of that one group world wide should or would be evil, neither would this change the the fact that they are an evil group if that formed group were all clearly of like minds and actions.
I think far too often people neglect the obvious by relating to some coined understanding as if it could apply to every situation, when it can not and that is why we should strive to maintain our rights by using our ability to discriminate accordingly.
(such as voting out those with child like minds and adverse standards; and those whom make and uphold such laws, such as those that threaten our freedom of choice).
Now if your are thinking that discrimination laws are being made soulfully to protect ones sexual preference, this wasn't necessary and being made a law doesn't change the fact that this is unrighteous, besides that; these type laws effect people on an opposing moral side in a wrong and diverse manner, as if it is OK to discriminate against people whom base their discussions on moral values and standards. whither singular or grouped.
