Prevent Active-x Spy Software

For greater Computer security and to lessen the likelihood of getting infected by Spy software, or to put it another way; to prevent active-x spying one could do away with Active-X Completely
zero Active X would mean zero Active X driven software.
Doing so can speed up your surfing and PC access because those active-X driven spy software and background services don't have a leg to stand on.

For the record it is possible to put I Explorer in near limbo and still maintain updates via the auto updates; you just can't do a manual select and update from the windows update page without active-x
(which is really the part that needs to remain disabled forever and a day.)
